Dra. Alif Noor Anna, M.Sc., was elected as Chair of the Center for Environmental Studies for the 2025-2029 period.

Sukoharjo, 30 December 2024 – The election of the Chair of the Environmental Studies Center for the 2025–2029 term was successfully held on Monday, 30 December 2024, in Sukoharjo. The event was attended by all members of the study center, who actively participated in this democratic process. Following the nomination and voting stages, Dra. Alif Noor Anna, M.Si. was officially elected as Chair of the Environmental Studies Center for the next four years.

In her acceptance speech, Dra. Alif Noor Anna, M.Si. expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the trust that had been placed in her. She reaffirmed her commitment to advancing the study center by focusing on solution-based environmental research, strengthening synergy with communities, and enhancing the role of the center in addressing global environmental challenges. “This is not merely a personal mandate, but a collective responsibility to bring about meaningful change in protecting the environment,” she stated.

The election proceeded smoothly and in a strong spirit of togetherness. The previous Chair, [Name of the Previous Chair], who served during the 2020–2024 term, was also present at the event.
